Nintendo Dual Screen Lite announced

Nintendo has announced a few weeks ago the redesigned Nintendo DS! It's called Nintendo DS Lite. This cool console features better screens (better backlight), better buttons, a stronger battery and off course, the thing is smaller. I think this redesign is much better. Nintendo DS looked so cheap and plastic.

I totally agree with you on that one. Before I decided that I wanted a DS, I played with my cousin's at a Thanksgiving get together. He has the older system, and I didnt really want it after I played with it. My mom sent me a link to view the new system, and I wanted it as soon as I saw it. I got it for Christmas, and I've been pretty impressed with it ever since. The graphics are great, and the graphics for the movies of the FF III game just totally blew me away.

It's lovely but could do with a few more 'knock-out' single-player games.
Multiplayer is nice but it should always be an addition to a game, not it's main selling point.

I agree. Good point. I don't play games with other people, so that multiplayer is completely useless when it comes to me. My mom is a gamer too, and she got her DS system after Christmas. We hav'nt played a single game together since we've had our systems in the same household.
