The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Who of you guys is going to buy this new Zelda game? I'm certainly going to get in on release! Looks like this is going to be the best Zelda EVER! The WindWaker just missed the touch. I played a demo in a local gameshop and I must say, I was impressed.

Sorry but this game is really worth buying a GameCube. For $100 you can get a GameCube together with a really cool game. Maybe you can buy the revolution since this game is probably going to be compatible with the system.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I bought a used Gamecube and the Twilight Princess game off ebay and spent less than $100 for both, including shipping.

I haven't actually been able to play it yet, because my husband and kids are hogging it up, but I'm hoping I'll get to play it soon. At least watching them, I'LL have an idea of what to do instead of having to search for things.

We found out something about the Gamecube vs. Wii Twilight Princess games. Most walkthroughs you can find online are for the Wii, and they are a mirror of the walkthrough for the Gamecube. That means, if you are told to go west, you actually go eat on the Gamecube.

That is interesting to know on the walkthroughs. My sons want this game but for some reason we just haven't gotten around to getting it yet.

Tater, I think your kids would really like it. My husband is addicted, and won't play much else until he gets finished with it. He's getting near the end, so maybe we'll be able to watch some TV soon. LOL

It's so pretty, but getting 100% is absurdly tedious.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I love Twilight Princess. One of the greatest games for the Nintendo Gamecube.

And besides, the GC version of this game is more realistic than the Wii version--why?

Link, throughout every Zelda game has been left-handed when he wields his sword, and always will be. On the Wii, because most people around the world are right-handed, Link is right-handed in the Wii version, which is totally inaccurate of character design, especially if Link is a popular known character.

I know not many people realize this, but I did right at first, and I thought that the GC version is the better version of Twilight Princess instead of the Wii.

Yeah I know, I'm a nerd.

Not at all! I brought up the Link hand dominance detail, too, when discussing how left hander friendly the Wii may or may not be.

Being left hand dominate, I tend to pay attention to such things as well, which irritates my right handed pals.

Lol. It's funny how fans can be so overly-observant about a character's correct design.

I'm right-handed, but actually seeing a left-handed videogame character really is amusing, instead of the cliche right-handed main characters.
