Favorite PS1 Game?

My favorite PS1 game of all time has to be Xenogears. Its one of the best RPGs i've ever played, plus it had a great story and great combat system.

FF9. I loved that game, considering it was the first game I have ever gotten.

Final Fantasy 7 for me, I played Final Fantasy 9 but the story behind 7 was so much more involving and the characters were wicked. I've only played through 9 once and would like to play it again but I start it and then forget about it so I've ended up playing the first bit so much I don't want to anymore.....sad I know

This is actually a very tough one for me; when PS1 first came out, my video games prowess was pretty much limited to games like Crash Bandicoot. I've rediscovered the joys of my Playstation though, and my favorite games are FFVII and Star Ocean 2...both of which I still have to finish for the first time, lol.

Spent a whole lot of time on Harvest Moon, but I'd have to say that the Final Fantasy series was really great.

Final Fantasy VIII. FF 7 is a close second to me. There were so many awesome RPG titles on PSOne.

Yep, I think that's what helped the 1st playstation as well as the 2nd were the RPG titles that other consoles didn't have.

FF7 is by far the best! FF8 i bought it in japanese before it came out and did not understand one word of it so i didn't get past 2nd disk :S and FF9 i only played the 1st disk even though i didn't get to finish FF8 or FF9 i still believe FF7 would have a better storyline than both or am i being stubborn :P

Mine was Final Fantasy VIII, mainly because it took me 3 run throughs before I actually got the hang of it. I can play that game all day long and never get sick of it!
