I want to sell my desktop computer on ebay. Will i get a good price?

Selling a desktop on ebay? That's tricky business, i would think. I personally would never buy a used desktop as a private transaction over the net. The customer can't test it and then the shipping costs will be a lot, I would think. Businesses can get deal on shipping, but your avergejoe can't. And who's to say that it'll get to the customer in good condition?

I presonally would not buy a computer on Ebay unless I knew and trusted the seller. too tricky IMO.

It just depends. I think you could get a better price selling privately in your area. I would hesistate to buy a computer over Ebay.

I'd only buy it from a power seller...but I think you're better off selling it locally...place ads in the newspaper if necessary.
