Tried to trade in Game Cube

I tried to turn in our gamecube into one of those used places hoping to get credit I could use towards some new games. Well they would not take it. They said that they already have some that they cannot even sell. I never really knew how much people did not care for this system. They said I would have better luck trying to sell it in a garage sale.

Re: Tried to trade in Game Cube

It could be more that everyone is trying to trade in their old systems in anticipation of the next-gen console. I used to work at a videogame store and we'd have to turn away playstations for this reason close to PS2 launch.

That makes sense. Whenever the newer generation ones come out, the stores want to focus more on that.
