Introduce Yourself
Okay, maybe the title of this thread sounds too much like an opening line in a support group, but I will go ahead and give it a go.
My handle name on here was once "McMurphy," and it still is over on Chronicles-Network (the parent site of this one). I am the old man of the gaming community at the age of 28. My hobbies are writing (mostly science fiction or fantasy), gaming (naturally), reading (Neil Gaiman and Philip K. Dick are among my favorites), and collecting anime production cels. I currently reside in Venice, CA.

Hi, my name is Rane, and I've got a gaming problem...
Nah  I'm 19, and currently studying Chemical Engineering at uni in Manchester (thats in England  ). I read a lot, particularly fantasy, science fiction and historical fiction, and not much else, to be perfectly honest. I play mostly RTS and sports games, and I spend too much time on the internet. Thankfully, I now realise that, and yesterday quit as a moderator on my main forum, to concentrate more on studying. Aint that fun...

You are no longer the old man around here, just turned 33 and I mainly play World of Warcraft. As you can see by my join date, I have been around here quite a while and only remembered when suddenly I got an automated happy birthday email today
