The gamecube runs on a CD type format but I think they do have disks with some of the older games on them so you can still play them.

Wow, that's good to know...I don't have a Wii but my younger brother has a GameCube, so I better start hunting for some of those games...

I agree. I'm hoping to finish up Earthbound and Super Mario RPG one of these days.

I still have...two. I play them. All-Star was great, Legend of Zelda was great, and Super Metroid (Not sure where I lost it at...) was great. A Simple, but great system.
