Favorite PS2 Game
What is your favorite game for the PS2? I like Rumble Roses so far.

Katamari Damacy! I have played this game so much and it's still fun to just sit down and roll some stuff up into a ball. The music is amazing too, it will get stuck in your head for days. That and the game is cheap, only like $20.

God of War, because it has lot's of challenging puzzle solving and lots of action in it.

QFT, that game's amazing.
Just adding to the list, some good games (not favourites, but up there)...
Metal Gear Solid 3, -- You'll swear by this game after you play it.
The Warriors, -- You need to play this game.
Ultimate Spider-Man, -- I'm a Spidey fan.
Destroy all Humans 2, -- Multiplayer's fun.

Re: Favorite PS2 Game
Metal Gear Solid 2 was much better than Metal Gear Solid 3. In my opinion, it was the best video game ever made.

Re: Favorite PS2 Game
I liked Grand Theft auto 3. It was pretty revolutionary when it first came out.

Re: Favorite PS2 Game
Going to have to say that I do love God of War 1 and 2, but my favorite PS2 game would have to be Metal Gear Solid 3, Just an awsome game all-together.

Re: Favorite PS2 Game
I have a couple of favorites, but, luckily, they are all of different genres:
Dragon Quest VIII -I have been a fan of this franchise since I was a kid, and DQVIII really was the ultimate treat for long time fans.
Jak X -Ever since Mario Kart on the SNES, I have been a fan of combat racing. While the Crash Nitro Racing games were more than a little disappointing, Jak X finally gave PS2's answer to N64's Mario Kart and Playstation 1's Crash Team Racing that I have thoroughly enjoyed both on and offline.
God of War -I must admit, however, this game and Prince of Persia are a tie. It is nice to see that puzzle solving is still a priority in the platform genre.
