I've always loved these games in WC and SC and now that they have some decent flash versions of them I can't stop playing them. It's so horribly addictive. I love All types of tower defense and it probably keeps me logging into SC more than the actual game.

Ah yes, the classic Wintermaul from WC3, the most ripped off map ever

Also shrew TD, solo TD, splatter TD, massacre TD, cube defense, island defense, "protect the guy", and the famous blizzard TDs. Not to mention a bucetload more.
The originals in starcraft with nothing but air units were quite fun too. I liked the matrix defense lines, brilliant design

I gotta try that when its not banned by work!

I had a go at that game, it was quite fun

gets v difficult at the end, although I got cut off at level 89 by the firewall at work :/

The internet Ninja looks awesome too.

Desktop Tower Defense and Antbuster are my favorites, though Antbuster gets really slow after a couple levels. Go for Immortal Defense if you feel like spending money, it's pretty.

Some year 7's in my school went through this phase of seeing who could complete 'bloons tower defence 2 in under 30 minutes at lunchtime. God, It was so funny to listen to while doing h/w xD

Year 7: Hey Tony *Nerdy Sucking Noise* Look at this, I'm on level 49! *More Nerdy Sucking Noises*

Other Year 7: Cool-io! Gee, I'm only on level 46 *Muffled Whimpers*

i think the most addicting tower defense like game was random defense... i dont know why but i played excessively, even if the creeps were some of the dumbest things ive ever seen
