I played this game for the first time last week at a friend's house, and it looked pretty cool. I especially liked the option to wage nuclear war. Has anyone else played it? What do you think of it?

I played it before, but it was always pretty buggy. It had some performance issues, but then again, it might have been just my computer.

Huh? I've never heard of this....is this a new game? If not...when was it released cause this is pretty confusing to me...
