What Servers do you want?

Well, what games do you think that GamingSkillz should have servers for? Bear in mind that we will need sponsors for these servers, so if you know a hosting providor, please have them check this site out.

ok thats the question i was dying to answer

community can go for a swat4 server and i can help the admins as well if they are interested

this would be good for
- to bring more gamers to this site
- to make the site known by more than semi pro gamers
- to earn through some real paying adds (without finance nothing could move)

if interested feel free to discuss even more about what i have told to me

Getting a sponsored server is very hard these days, especially gaming servers. I think you would have better luck renting one, to be honest.

Counter strike source servers can run for about $2-3 per slot. It is the most played FPS on the internet, so it is obviously your first choice if you want this site to become more active and attract users.

if GamingSkillz rents a server, most likely we will be depending on the community to support us, as money really doesnt grow on trees in our backyards (trust me though, i think im on the verge of a breakthough, i have money flowers). so if you guys are willing to help cover the costs, we probobly wont have any problems renting servers

Servers really aren't expensive, though. You don't need a 32 slot server, just get enough for a good 10 person server. It's only $20-$30 a month. As long as you have a good, steady, job, that shouldn't be too much to handle.

Plus, if you ran competitions on your servers, there would be more users on the forum. Kind of like a "sign up on our forum to get entered in a clan competition" type deal.

I'd say CS:S or perhaps BF2. BF2 would be a bit harder probably, though, unless you wanted a smaller map with less people, of course.
