Windows On The PS3?

Bill Gates has been fussing about the Cell Processor on the PS3, with that being said someone has managed to upload Windows 2000 onto there PS3.

With the PS3 offing the ability to upload operating systems onto there PS3 will this help boost the PS3 sales?

“We'd like to see someone load up Windows Media Center and use it to stream video from their PS3 to their Xbox 360,” Quotes from joystiq.com , So will being able to upload Windows and other programs help the PS3 make more sales than any other Console or will this hurt the PS3 sales?

What's your comments on this good or bad?

i think its a great idea, as long as the PS3 can handle the memory requirments, which shouldnt be a problem at all. heck, with windows being uploaded, maybe they can upload PC games in the future?
