Morrowind vs. Oblivion

Was anyone else a little dissapointed by Oblivion? There's absolutely no doubt that Oblivion is an excellent game, but it feels like Bethesda kind of lost some of what made Morrowind great in the next-gen jump. Instead of the wonderfully unique world of Morrowind, we were subject to the generic high-fantasy world of Cyrodiil.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
