ps3 is the worst next gen console

I thought the ps3 was really amazing for the longest time but seeing the crappy lineup of games for it and the crushing price point put me down.
i know the price is actually good for having blueray but still maybe they should have made hd dvd instead. the only good games are resistance, oblivian, and that boxing game i forget wat it was called but you could buy those last 2 for 360.

I dont even think that it comes with a controller.

Why would Sony construct the PS3 as a HD-DVD player? Sony is one of the founders of the Blu-ray disk association, they would be literally working against their own market initiative.

The format war is not over, and quite frankly, Blu-ray is better than HD-DVD.

Agreed on all other points though.

Dude the PS3 has a great line-up and still has more coming out! If you don't like it, then don't get it. P.S. The PS3 has FREE online services, and has good graphics! And it DOES come with a controller.

hahaha yea. HAZE sucks major ones. I downloaded the demo and I went for like half a minute in and just quit. Booooorign and stupid.

From what you guys posted I dont see how the PS3 is the worst next gen. Its lineup maybe lacking but for the consoles its the best.

1st of all the PS3 is NOT Lacking in the Line-up.
PS3's

Resistance:FoM (best game at launch)
Motorstorm (most sold on the PS3)
Killzone (best looking game)
Littlebigplanet (most innovative game EVER)
MSG4 (C'mon, NO-Brainer!)

360's

Halo
Gears of War
Mass Effect
Fable
Bioshock <--coming to the PS3)

Everyone says that the 360 has TONS of exclusives. 3/5 of it's biggest, aren't. The rest are pretty forgettable. Example: Remember Earth Defence Force 2017? How 'bout Project Sylpheed? Vampire Rain? Sure, they have DOA4 and Dead Rising, But they aren't really interesting - aside from Ninja Gaiden 2, but we have sigma so it evens out there.

On the PS3, we have loads of other good games, like Uncharted, Warhawk, GT5 Prologue, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank Future, and more coming, like SOCOM: Confrontation, Tekken 6, FF13 (and Versus) and GOD OF WAR 3!

So for ALL the 360 Fanboys, Saying that the PS3 is the worst Next Gen System and that it has a bad exclusive line-up,

Used to have a 360, bought a PS3, compared em both. Sold 360 the same day of the PS3 purchase.
Don't forget Resistance 2 also people, as it will be on the PS3 shortly. Can't wait.

You my friend are out of your mind. PS3 is the best console out there.
You also say PS3 has a crap line up for games (bull s***)
PS3 has LittleBigPlanet, Oblivion, Resistance 1 and 2, MAG, motorstorm. These are all amazing games, and there are more. P.s MAG is 256 online.

Yea to be honest Haze is a load of crap. But we have more exclusive games then the 360 and better ones (exept haze). Little big planet is going to be the best game ever (exclusive to ps3).
