Wii still for kiddies?
Over the years most of the nintendo consoles were wether it was delibrate or not, very kiddy like. A lot of the games and feel etc were targetted towards the younger generation, which is starkly different from XBOX who targets the 20 - 30 yr old crowd. Do you think the Wii still suffers from this kind of image?

Re: Wii still for kiddies?
I think it has, at least a little.
Since the Wii is a Nintendo console, it's got all the younger generation games under it's belt (for example... Mario Sunshine *shudder*). People compare the softness of the Wii with the xbox360, and they sorta look down on it because the 360 is so much "cooler" and "sharper". It's depressing, but I'm starting to feel like this too. Whenever I see the wii-sports disc in the corner of my game cabinet, I'm like "...why?". |

Nah, I think the Wii is meant for everyone. Check out some of the games, some are for older people, some are for young people, and some are for both. I also read somewhere the Wii was originally designed as a exercise thing.
