Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

Well if you somehow haven't heard of Warhammer Online yet then you must be chained to a wall in some creep's basement. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is the current project under works by Mythic Studios (responsible for DAOC). Warhammer Online was voted Most Anticipated Game of 2007 and from all the reading I have been doing about it over the last several months, it looks like we'll finally have a WoW killer (all though we've all heard that before).

Very awesome looking game! Nice video they have for it. Will be hoping to see a review if you happen to get it. The Ork on the catapult was funny lol~!

I could only pray to get a beta slot in it (/cross fingers). If anyone happens to have an 'in' somehow with Mythic or EA (EA recently took them over) and could throw a beta slot my way, I would love you eternally <3.

Figured I should probably add that on the site they have tons of interesting information about creating the game. You can take a look at the history of the opposing armies / factions (for those of you, who like myself never played Warhammer), see how the game actually looks (they have a video of some gameplay, screenshots, and some artwork ~ the video is very rough as it is in the very first stage of a closed Beta , but still looks great), and they have behind the scenes of how some of the game content was created (the music writer for the game, writes the music as he drives to work! TWO HANDS ON THE WHEEL MISTER!)

Yes I thought the part where the guy drives and composes music for the game was crazy. Pretty cool how all the peices he recorded turned out. The graphics look really sweet too.

Hmmm

the game definately lookin kik ass. Lets see if it poses a challenge for Wow Cause we ve seen in past Wow Beaten the hell outa all competetiors.

So lets wait n watch and yeah if a beta version come will be so cooool
