The only consideration you need to put into the Nano is how big of a variety of music you listen to? And how much do you figure you'll be putting onto your IPOD.
I think 1,700 songs is a good amount of music which is what you'll be getting on the 8 GB which I suggest you get. Skip the 4GB you'll be doing to much cleaning and revamping trying to fit new content in every other week. That's the only concern I'd say about the Nano, all the flaws have been worked out of them for the most part, except for the fact that you still can't change the battery yourself if it does ever die. And I'd suggest that even though they seem expensive, get yourself a case, the Nano's are sleak and will easily slide out of pockets and your hands so you're going to want to protect your new found gadget. |

I think that the 2-4gb ipod nanos are VERY over rated. I used to own a 30gb Ipod video until i recently sold it for $200 so i could save up for a Zune as it seems that it has so much more potential that the ipod. Especially with the WiFi built in so you can send and recieve songs from your friends. What more can you ask for? also it has a bigger screen that is widescreen which is great if you are like me and love widescreen movies.
i will post again when i actually get enough money for one. |
