Does your pc case get dusty

The dust accumulation inside computer case is a common occurrence . Fans get clogged due to it resulting in increase in heat or even worse fan failures.
What makes it worse is that my pc is located near the window due to which my pc gets dusty very frequently. So every week its back to tedious cleaning.

So guys how do u clean off the dust from the cabinet or even better prevent dust accumulation.Do post your dust woes and how you go about remedying it.

I always get a thin layer of dust on my pc components. I just bought a can of compressed air from the store (I think it was about $3) and use it to expel the air from the case. Works excellent, and it's completely safe because there's no moisture or bulky cleaning equipment involved.

A word of caution when using compressed air. Do not tilt the can too much or it will spray a freezing cold stream of moisture that can possibly damage components.

Aye. I did that to my hand once, too. Was not pleasant.
