how do you unlock the 2 locked races? i know one of them is the blood elves, but i can't pronounce (or spell) the other one. anyone can help?

You need to buy the Burning Crusade expansion to play the Draenei and Blood Elves, and enter their homelands and Outland. I think you can buy it now online directly through Blizzard, but it's kind of stupid that they charge the same price as for a boxed set. There should be a discount, IMO, since they don't give you a manual, discs, or anything.
