Conflict Earth: 2142 Mod In Production!
A new mod for BF2142 has been announced today called Conflict Earth here is what thay had to say about there mod.

Hello and welcome to the newest Battlefield 2142 mod on the block. We hope that all of you ranked server players and modders alike take time to play this mod in its completed state. With that, we would like to tell you that production is already underway and our team is current 6 and growing. And, read a bit lower, and see that team is only half the fun of this mod.
The conflict is between the United World Alliance (UWA), and intellient alien forces. The battles will occur over farms, forest and urban enviroments. A lot of the mod is still in development and we are working with concept artist to figure what would be the most interesting and overall fun mod to play. We are proud members in theBlack Sand Studio team, with mods such as Project Reality, US Intervention, and many others. The mod was made with the community in mind, so anyone, regardless of skill, can submit content to be added in the mod. The way it works is simple: We post images, directions, and anything else that is needed for people to produce the content. After the content gets submitted,(if more than one is), we choose one will be put into the mod. We are currently seeking members to fill all positions such as: exporters, python coding, modelers, mapping, uv mappers/ texture artist, and many others. If you feel that you want to be a member of this team you can contact us at our website, post at our forums with questions/suggestions, or just drop by to say hi.
