Re: Poll
I am not to sure which Nintendo system you are doing your report on but I would have to say my all time favorite was Donkey Kong Country. I loved that game and would play it for hours on end.

Re: Poll
We're The Legend of Zelda fans in my house. There aren't that many games in the series that we haven't bought. They're fun and time consuming.

Re: Poll
The Zelda and Mario series I think were the most popular. Duck Hunt is one of those classic innvators though.

Re: Poll
Donkey Kong, Zelda, and Mario games are all classics. Don't forget about Mario Kart 64...many people still play that today. Also, Duck Hunt is another classic, as Joel mentioned.

Re: Poll
We used to play one of the Mario games on SNES when it first came out. We gave that system to my sister in law because it was something she really wanted, and we'd just gotten a computer.

Re: Poll
If you are meaning the original Nintendo system, I would say the following were my most played titles:
Super Mario 3
Castlevania 3
Dragon Warrior IV

Re: Poll
Speaking of the Mario Kart franchise in general, I was in Chicago recently and saw an arcade-only version of Mario Kart that featured the typical Mario cast in addition to Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and the Pac Ghosts as selectable drivers. I believe such odd additions were present because Namico was the company presenting Mario Kart in arcade form.

Re: Poll
Well, as most people have already said, the original Mario and Donkey Kong games are more the best in old-school Nintendo, but there are some newer titles- Mario Kart 64, Super Mario Galaxy, Ocarina of Time, Brawl, and Fire Emblem are great games, too.
