Looking forward to new games?

The DS has quite a few new games coming out in the next year, like Mario Party DS and Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass. Which ones are you looking forward to most? I'm looking forward to Zelda and another game called Runescape (I think).

Re: Looking forward to new games?

I am not to sure which one I am looking forward to because we actually just got one so we still have a ton we want to get. I bought this system for my son but I am loving it myself.

Without a doubt, the number one game I am looking forward to is Dragon Quest IX, which will released as solely a Nintendo DS game. The last chapter was on the Playstation 2, so such a drastic platform switch is an interesting move.

That's interesting. I wonder why they chose to move to the DS? Especially if it had been on PS2 before. Hmm

Ohh, I had totally forgotten about Dragon Quest! That is on my short list of games to check out as well. I haven't played the PS2 version...maybe I should check it out.

Re: Looking forward to new games?

We don't have a PS, or a DS for that matter. If it isn't available on GameCube or for the PC, we don't play it. I just can't see the sense in having multiple game formats. That's just that many more games my family that want, and they're not cheap.

You're are so right that they are not cheap. I find that weird though that a game that orginated with the PS2 is now going to be only for the DS? That just seems weird to me.
