Is anyone else excited about Mario Kart for the Nintendo Wii?

I have been a long time fan of the franchise, and I was wondering when the company would release news of the game's release.

Does anyone know if Mario Kart Wii is going to host online matches?

I have not heard about any online matches but I cannot wait for this game to come out. I think this is one I will be playing with my boys.

I'm HUGELY excited...I've been waiting for this for months now! It will probably be one of the next few Wii games I buy.

i still play Mario kart on the snes but i cant wait to play it on the wii it will be the most fun on a wii for ages

I poked around on the internet and found that Nintendo has confirmed that the next installment will indeed host online matches in multi-player mode.

It's time for me to start saving up some money.
