Well, I got it today and played it for about an hour - some fun to be had, that's for sure. Hardly a pro by any stretch of the imagination, but it's fun.
Also tested out the online mode, and was a little disappointed - it came up with a four star rating for my online mode connection and had some lag issues. Still, the game works fine, but I get the feeling it's like Mario Power Tennis, in the sense that if you pull off the super strikes it jumps to a cutscene and interrupts the flow of the game. Unsure yet whether that's going to be a pain. The games are really hectic, too. Anyway, that's my first impressions. |

Re: Mario Strikers Charged Football
Since the newest Mario Kart installment hasn't hit the shelves, Mario Strikers Charged Football was on the top of a very short list of possible games to pick up with the system when I have the chance to buy it.
I am interested to hear more about the online gameplay, since, if it should disappointing, I may pass on the game all together.

Re: Mario Strikers Charged Football
mario strikers charged football is not bad...really all games for wii are your preferance. you can never get a rubbish or amazingly good game. it is how your background is and what sort of games you enjoy.
