For that reason you would be dead within a day.

Will to survive
When faced with a survival situation an individual encounters many stress related behaviors that ultimately impact the mind and affect decision making. Without a desire to survive, acquired skills will serve little purpose.

Basic needs

In a wilderness survival situation you will be confronted with many problems that you need to overcome. There are four basic needs.

1. Warmth
Maintaining ideal body temperature is crucial when dealing with survival in the wilderness. Our bodies operate within a narrow temperature range. You can't get too hot or too cold, or you'll die.

In most wilderness survival situation the challenge is to keep you warm, even in the desert. During daytime the sun and the high temperature is a problem and you need shadow, but during the night the desert cool rapidly and you need warmth.

2. Water
After we have secured our body temperature, we need to remain hydrated in order for biological processes to take place. The human body is 75 per cent water and need a constant supply of water to function. Water is essential to life. The average person can survive for three days without water. Don't wait until you run out of water before you look for more.

3. Sleep
As humans we need a certain amount of sleep to remain rational. Without sleep, our minds begin to hallucinate and we become unable to make conscious decisions to better our situation.

4. Food
An average adult can survive for three weeks without food. Food is rarely the first priority.

Basic steps
1. Make a shelter to protect you from different weather conditions.
2. Make a fire.
3. Find and purify water.
4. Find food.
5. Use different ways of signaling to attract attention.
6. Navigate with and without a map and compass.
7. Basic Wilderness first aid.
8. Basic weather prediction.

I've watched a lot of Survival Man and Man Vs. Wild on the Discovery Channel

I think I can manage atleast....2-3 days without freaking out.
