resident evil 4
This game was what I played during GG's downtime.......I swear I played this game almost nonstop for about ten days; it rocked my socks. I fell off my chair laughing everytime the merchant threw open his cloak to display his wares, and yes, that Leon S. Kennedy is a fine-looking set of pixellated polygons as well. The gameplay rocked, the graphics lacked resolution on PC but it wasn't too bad. What I also really liked was how realistic the character's movements were during the cinematics though I see they used real actors for that. Of course, after finishing I tried to play RE 1, 2 and 3 but can't really get any of them to run properly on my system. Ah well.
The game had a knack for making it seem like I was really there, while I was playing I found myself plotting strategies for how to scout ahead, protect Ashley, save ammo, etc....altogether very realistic. I think I like this game more than I like the PoP series which is really saying something..... Wicked game, I recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it. |
