Ok, this is really pissing me off.

I woke up yesterday, wanting to play Halo 3 on Xbox Live. Yeah, I grabbed my breakfast and turned my 360 on. I went to matchmaking and it stated that I was banned from matchmaking. : O

I was shocked/pissed at the same time. So I tried calling Microsoft, but that didn't work out.
The battery died when Mike just told me his name. It's still dead. (Yes it's charging while I type). So I asked my friend Chris, and he told me it was probably because of my bad connection.

???

2 or 3 questions for ya'll:

1. How do I fix the Halo matchmaking problem? And is it because of my connection?

2. How the hell do I get a better connection??? Try to explain as fluidly as possible, because I not really a whiz on technology.
